中国证监会1月16日晚间公告，证监会发审委今日审核了港中旅华贸国际物流股份有限公司（以下简称“华贸国际”）首发申请，公司申请获通过。华贸国际大股东为港中旅集团，作为港中旅集团的物流板块，此次华贸国际IPO成功后将发行1亿股，发行后总股本4亿股。新年伊始，作为唯一通过证监会过会的物流企业，华贸国际也成为上交所物流板块中一道亮丽的风景线。
