摘要 女性农民工是农民工这个弱势群体中的弱势群体,其就业具有不稳定、报酬低、遭受性别歧视、务工信息渠道窄、权益侵害突出等特点。究其原因,主要在于女性农民工受教育水平低、政府公共就业服务不到位、社会保障制度缺乏性别视角、企业利益最大化动机等。解决女性农民工就业问题根本在于政府提供高质量的公共就业服务,加强对女性农民工的教育和培训,强化企业的社会责任等。 Female peasantry workers is vulnerable group of peasant workers,their employment has the characteristics of instability,low pay,sex discrimination,narrow channels of employment information,rights infringed,etc.The reason was that less-educated of female peasantry workers,the low degree of the government public employment service,the lack of gender view of the social security system,and business in pursuit of the maximum profits and so on.The key to solve the employment of female peasantry workers is that the quality of the government public employment service should be improved,education and training to female peasantry workers should be strengthened,and social responsi-bility of the business should be strengthened.
