思想意识以其客观效能彰显着人之为人的价值和意义。忽视甚至否认这一事实是思想政治教育失效的关键因素,同时,传统教育方式以及教育者和受教育者的思维方式和行为方式也加剧了这一状况。思想政治教育对健康人格塑造的切实路径为:以人为本,使思想政治教育过程成为表达人性关怀与精神慰藉的渠道;重树教育者的健康人格形象,以形成自树树人的良性人格影响与塑造机制;在东西方文化交流对话中,使中华民族优秀传统文化现代化成为塑造健康人格的精神旨归。

Ideology embodies a person＇s meaning in its objective consequences and to ignore or even deny this factor is the key factor that the ideological and political education is ineffective which is increased by traditional education methods and the way of thinking and behav-ior of educators and the educated.The real path for shaping healthy personality is the followings： ideological and political education becoming a channel to express human caring,rebuilding the image of the healthy personality of educators to form personality shaping mechanism through self-education and in the East-West cultural dialogue,the fine traditional Chinese culture being modernized which becomes the guide in shaping healthy per-sonality.
