血液分析仪全血与稀释模式测定结果的探讨

The analysis of results mode whole blood and mode diluted by blood cell analyzer

目的探讨血细胞计数方法对测定结果的影响。方法用两种方法即仪器全血模式、预稀释模式对120例标本进行血细胞计数。结果仪器预稀释模式中血红蛋白、血小板计数与全血法相比有显著差异,其他指标差异无显著性。结论血细胞计数要注意临床表现,尽可能采用全血法,以保证测定结果的准确性。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood cell counting methods on the results.Methods Two kinds of blood cell counting method,the instrument of whole blood model and pre-dilution model,were used.Results There was significant difference in hemoglobin,platelet count between instrument of pre diluted mode and whole blood method.And no significant difference in others.Conclusion Blood cell count should be aware of the clinical manifestations.As far as possible using whole blood method in order to ensure the accuracy of the results.
