摘要
目的检测人膀胱移行细胞癌(transitional bladder cell carcinoma,TBCC)中CD105和TSP-1的表达,并探讨两者与TBCC临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法测定60例膀胱移行细胞癌及12例正常的膀胱黏膜组织中的CD105和TSP-1的表达水平及微血管密度(MVD),并分析其在膀胱移行细胞癌各分期、分级中的表达意义。结果 60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CD105阳性表达率为78.3%,TSP-1阳性表达率为43.3%。CD105的表达及微血管密度在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达明显高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.01)。TSP-1在早期膀胱移行细胞癌的表达与正常膀胱组织的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在中晚期中的表达低于正常膀胱组织(P<0.05)。结论 TBCC中CD105和TSP-1的表达是调控肿瘤血管生成的重要因素且与肿瘤的生长转移密切相关。联合测定两者在膀胱癌中的表达情况,有助于判断膀胱肿瘤的发展情况。
Objective To determine expression and clinical significance of CD105 and TSP-1 in human transitional bladder cell carcinoma, and to discuss the relationship between CD105, TSP-1 and clinical features. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine expression of CD105 and TSP-1, MVD in tissues of 60 TBCC patients and normal tissues of 12 patients, and analysed the relationship between CDI05, TSP-1 and clinical classification. Results CD105 positive expression rate was 78.3% in TBCC tissues, TSP-1 positive expression rate was 43.3%. CDI05 expression and MVD of TBCC tissues were higher than normal tissues( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no statistically significant between TSP-1 expression of early stage TBCC tissues and normal tissues( P 〉 0. 05 ), and there was statistically significant between TSP-1 expression of advanced TB- CC tissues and normal tissues(P〈0.05). Conclusions TSP-1 and CD105 expression in TBCC is an important regulatory factor in tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth and metastasis, joint determination of these two factors can help to determine the development of TBCC.
