摘要
葫芦科植物的胚胎学方面已积累了不少资料。但是罗汉果的胚胎学却未见报道。本文选取罗汉果[Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle)C.Jeffrey]不同发育时期的雌、雄花芽,用纳瓦兴或 FAA 固定液固定。石蜡法制片,切片厚 6—8μm,铁矾-苏木精染色,固绿复染。各发育阶段的切片用 PAS 法染色以显示淀粉。为显示胼胝质。
