精神分裂症患者家属情绪障碍的心理干预

Psychological intervention on emotional disorder of families of patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨临床心理干预对精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪的作用。方法应用支持性心理治疗对患者家属实施心理干预。采用状态-特质焦虑问卷进行干预前后的评定。结果患者家属干预后S-AI均分降低,与干预前相比存在显著性差异(t=4.52,P<0.01)。结论临床上对精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪实施心理干预是一种简便、易行、有效的途径。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical psychological intervention on anxiety of families of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Families of patients were treated with supportive psychotherapy. State - Trait Anxiety Questionnaire was used to estimate before and after intervention. Results After the intervention the average scores of S - AI was lower than before and there were significant differences （ t = 4. 52, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It＇s a simple, easy, effective way to use supportive psychotherapy for families of patients with schizophrenia in clinical jobs.
