神经外科围术期诱发电位监测及其影响因素

Evoked potentials monitoring and its influent factors during neurosurgery

摘要 背景神经外科术中诱发电位监测是减少神经损伤、维护神经功能完整性、提高手术质量的重要手段。目的讨论神经外科围术期影响诱发电位监测的影响因素。内容术中各种生理指标、麻醉用药及麻醉技术均会直接影响神经监测的质量和成功率。趋向探讨围术期诱发电位监测时适宜的麻醉方法。 Background Evoked potentials monitoring is an important method to reduce neural lesion, maintain the integrity of nerve function and improve the quality of neurosurgery. Objective This article is to discuss the evoked potentials monitoring and influent factors. Content The evoked potentials monitoring is affected by various of physical signs, narcotic drugs and anesthetic techniques during perioperative. Trend To investigate an appropriate anesthesia for evoked potentials monitoring during perioperative.
