摘要
目的探讨团体心理素质训练对新兵心理健康水平的影响。方法将110名新兵随机分为两组(A组,B组),并在训练期间接受心理健康教育辅导,其中B组在接受辅导的同时进行团体心理素质训练。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在训练前后对两组新兵进行心理测试。结果①干预后A组新兵在躯体、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、偏执、阳性项目数上得分显著低于干预前(P<0.05),B组新兵在躯体、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神、阳性项目上得分显著低于干预前(P<0.05);②干预前A、B两组新兵在各项因子得分上无显著差异;干预后A组新兵在强迫、人际关系、敌对、阳性项目数上的得分显著高于B组新兵(P<0.05),在躯体、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神因子得分上高于B组新兵,但无显著差异。说明B组新兵接受的干预模式效果好。结论团体心理素质训练结合心理健康教育可以提高新兵适应能力,提高心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological quality training on recruits' mental health. Methods A total of 110 recruits were divided into 2 groups (A, B), psychological education group A (n = 50), psychological education and psychological quality training group B(n: 60). They were measured by using Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL- 90). Results (1)The scores of SCL-- 90 showed that somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation and positive items were significant differ- ences before and after the psychological education in group A (P〈0.05)and somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety ,hostility ,paranoid ideation,psyehoticism and positive items were significant differences before and after the psychological education and the psychological quality training in group B (P〈0.05). (2)The scores of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity ,paranoid ideation in group A were significant higher than in group B(P〈0. 05);and the scores of somatization,depres- sion,anxiety symptoms,paranoid ideation,terror,psyehoticism were no significant differences than in group B. Conclusion The combination of psychological quality training and psychological education can improve recruits' adaptive capacity ,it is the best way of improving recruits' level of mental health.
