西安市农民工心理健康状况调查及其影响因素

Survey on Xi'an Peasant Workers' Mental Health Status and Its Influencing Factors

目的探讨西安市农民工心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用基本信息调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对245名西安市农民工和206名西安市郊县留守农民的心理健康状况及其影响因素进行调查。结果西安市农民工心理问题发生率为22.86%;西安市农民工心理健康状况与郊县留守农民没有显著性区别(t=0.769,P=0.442);男性农民工心理健康状况显著低于女性农民工;影响西安市农民工心理健康的主要因素有:社会地位感知、家庭经济条件、每天工作时间、家庭生活条件、工作保障、年龄、工作类型、是否单独外出打工等。结论西安市农民工心理健康状况良好。

Objective To study Xi＇an peasant workers＇ mental health status and its influencing factors.Methods The Basic Information Questionnaire and SCL-90 were applied to 245 Xi＇an peasant workers and 206 left-behind farmers in Xian counties.Results The incidence rate of mental problems in Xi＇an peasant workers was 22.86%;There was no significant difference in mental health between Xi＇an peasant workers and the left-behind farmers in counties（t=0.769,P=0.442）;the mental health status of male peasant workers was significantly lower than the females＇;the main influencing factors of Xi＇an peasant workers＇ mental health status were perceived social status,families economic conditions,working hour per day,household living conditions,job security,age,working type and whether working out alone or not.Conclusion Xi＇an peasant workers＇ mental health status is good.
