某军校2010级与2006级入学新生16PF测验结果比较分析

目的比较某军校2010级与2006年级入学新生的人格特点的差异,为提高军校的教育管理水平提供有效依据。方法对2个年级新生16PF测查结果进行比较分析。结果 2010级入学新生在B(t=11.50)、C(t=11.42)、E(t=3.71)、F(t=4.88)、G(t=11.34)、H(t=6.69)、Q2(t=9.87)、内向与外向性(t=6.79)、感情用事与安详机警性(t=7.54)、心理健康因素(t=10.97)、专业成就个性因素(t=11.91)、新环境成长能力因素(t=11.77)的得分均值显著高于2006级入学新生(P<0.01),在I(t=-5.13)、L(t=-9.25)、M(t=-3.48,P=0.001)、O(t=-8.91)、Q1(t=-7.06)、Q3(t=-10.10)、适应与焦虑性(t=-12.20,P=0.00)、怯懦与果敢性因素(t=-5.65)的得分均值显著低于2006级入学新生(P<0.01)。2010级地方入学新生在Q(t=4.94)、Q1(t=4.08)、Q2(t=2.65,P=0.008)、感情用事与安详机警性(t=6.15,P=0)、怯懦与果敢性(t=7.34)、心理健康因素(t=2.68,P=0.008)、专业成就个性因素(t=3.54)、创造能力个性因素(t=4.76)的得分均值显著高于2010级部队生长生(P<0.01),在A(t=-9.41)、I(t=-2.96,P=0.003)、O(t=-2.81,P=0.005)、Q3(t=-3.75)、适应与焦虑性(t=-2.67,P=0.008)的得分均值低于2010级部队生长生(P<0.01)。结论 2010级入学新生具有"90后"的典型特征,军队院校在对其教育管理上要注意改变一些策略,注重方式方法,才能提高教育管理水平,为军队培养出优秀的军官。

Objective To compare the differences of the two grades of new cadets＇ personality characteristics,and provide effective basis of improving the level of military education and management.Methods Freshmen in 2006 and 2010 were separately tested with 16PF.Results New cadets in2010 got higher scores on factor B（t=11.50,P=0.00）,C（t=11.42,P=0.000）,E（t=3.71,P=0.000）,F（t=4.88,P=0.000）,G（t=11.34,P=0.000）,H（t=6.69,P=0.000）,Q2（t=9.87,P=0.000）,introversion and extraversion（t=6.79,P=0）,emotional and calm alertness（t=7.54,P=0）,psychological health（t=10.97,P=0）,personality of professional achievement（t=11.91,P=0）,growth capacity of the new environment（t=11.77,P=0） and got lower scores on factor I（t=-5.13,P=0）,L（t=-9.25,P=0）,M（t=-3.48,P=0.001）,O（t=-8.91,P=0）,Q1（t=-7.06,P=0）,Q3（t=-10.10,P=0）,adaption and anxiety（t=-12.20,P=0）,cowardice and courage（t=-5.65,P=0）,than freshmen in 2006.In 2010,Freshmen who were from senior school got higher scores on factor Q（t=4.94,P=0）,Q1（t=4.08,P=0）,Q2（t=2.65,P=0.008）,wary of emotional and serenity（t=6.15,P=0）,cowardice and courage（t=-5.65,P=0）,mental health（t=2.68,P=0.008）,personality of professional achievement（t=3.54,P=0）,personality on creativity（t=4.76,P=0） and got lower scores on factor A（t=-9.41,P=0）,I（t=-2.96,P=0.003）,O（t=-2.81,P=0.005）,Q3（t=-3.75,P=0）,adaptation and anxiety（t=-2.67,P=0.008） than new cadets who are from army（P0.01）.Conclusion New cadets in 2010 have the 90s＇ typical characteristics.The military must change the policies,paying attention on means,improving the level of education and management,to cultivate outstanding officers for army.
