高尿酸血症与胰岛素抵抗关系的研究进展

Research Progression of the Relationship between Hyperuricemia and Insulin Resistance

近年来高尿酸血症的发生率逐年升高,已有许多研究证实高尿酸血症是代谢综合征的重要组分之一。胰岛素抵抗作为代谢综合征的中心环节,是多种疾病的共同危险因素,并在早期出现。越来越多的研究发现高尿酸血症有可能是胰岛素抵抗的始动因素,故本文就高尿酸血症与胰岛素抵抗的关系及机制进行综述。

In recent years,the morbidity of hyperuricemia（HUA） has seen an increase.Current study has confirmed that high serum uric acid is an important component of the metabolic syndrome（MS）.As the central link of MS,insulin resistance（IR） is a common risk factor for many diseases,and will appear at an early stage.Many researches have demonstrated that insulin resistance might be initiated by hyperuricemia.This article reviewed the mechanism of hyperuricemia as well as its relationship with insulin resistance.
