妇舒能洗剂与维生素E胶丸治疗更年期阴道炎疗效观察

An Observation of the Curative Effect of Fushuneng Lotions and Vitamin E Capsule on Menopausal Vaginal

目的观察妇舒能洗剂与维生素E胶丸外擦阴部治疗更年期阴道炎的效果。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组40例,给予妇舒能联合维生素E;对照组40例,给予醋酸清洗液联合保妇康栓。两组均以14 d为1个疗程,第2个疗程开始后改为每隔1日用药1次。2个疗程后根据阴道炎症状评分与阴道健康评分来评定疗效。结果阴道炎症状评分总有效率,观察组100%、对照组80%,两组疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道健康评分比较,观察组:好9例,中30例,差1例;对照组:好3例,中22例,差15例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇舒能洗剂与维生素E胶丸外擦阴部治疗更年期阴道炎以微生物平衡理论为指导,副作用小,疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the effect of Fushuneng lotions and vitamin E capsules outer liniment on menopausal vaginal pudendal.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）.In observation group,the patients were treated with Fushuneng lotion and vitamin E capsule.In control groups,the patients were treated with acetic acid and baofukang suppository.Both groups underwent 14 days of treatment in the first course.In the second course,changed the drug usage and dosage to 1 time every one day.Evaluated efficacy according to the vaginitis symptom and vaginal health condition after two courses of treatment.Results Symptoms of vaginitis were effectively improved,observation group was 100%,the control group was 80%.There was a statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）;On vaginal health evaluation comparision,observation group：9 cases were good,30 were medium;The control group：3 cases good,22 cases medium.The comparative differences of two sets were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion With positive curative effect and minor side-effects,Fushuneng lotions and vitamin E pills outside the liniment guided by microbial banlance theory could treat genital menopausal vaginal.
