先天性左冠状动脉瘤样扩张-右房瘘并纵隔子宫畸形伴早孕一例

摘要
1病例简介患者,女,31岁,苗族。消瘦,出现心悸,活动后加重1年,伴胸闷、气促2个月;现休息后症状可缓解,无胸痛,无呼吸困难,无咳嗽咳痰,无咯血。2010年6月因感冒来我院门诊就诊,既往1年前无明显症状。体格检查：听诊闻及连续性杂音。
