摘要 采集了2001年和2007年的中国A股公司交叉持股数据,构建相应平台分析网络结构的统计参数。实验结果表明,中国A股交叉持股网络结构度分布服从幂率分布。通过对各节点的权重分析,网络结构已由2001年较为分散的行业为中心的核心结构演化为以银行等金融公司为核心的网络结构。通过仿真模拟来研究不同权重节点波动对网络结构的影响,发现局部核心节点带来的网络振荡较为明显,且网络结构存在交叉持有环路,并分析了其中问题和现象。 China' s A -share listed companies continuously grow, and among the listed compa- nies shareholding phenomenon also occurs essential changes. In this paper China' s A -share cross- ownership complex networks structure based on the complex network theory system is analysized. The data of China' s A - share cross - ownership in 2001 and 2007 are colected, and then the statistical parameters of the network structure of the corresponding platform are con- structed. Experimental results show that the structure degree of China' s A - share cross - own- ership network follows power - law distribution. The network is evolved into taking Banks and other financial companies as the core of the network structure from more fragmented industry as the center of the core structure in 2001 through the analysis of the weight of each node. In addi- tion, the influence of different weight node' s fluctuation on the network structure is studied through simulation, and then we discover that the network' s oscillation brought by local key nodes are obvious and there exists cross hold loop in network structure, and at the same time the problems and phenomenon is analyzed.
