A Textual Research into Wild Vegetables of Hexi Based on Its Ancient Chorography

现存古代河西地方志中有许多野生蔬菜的记载,反映了野生蔬菜在古代人们日常生活中极其重要的作用。本文对其中几种主要野生蔬菜的食用历史、所属类别、名称由来、食用方法、营养价值和药用价值等作简略考释,以期丰富河西生活史的研究。

There are many records about wild vegetables in the existing ancient chorography of Hexi,reflecting the importance of them in the daily life of ancient people.This article makes a brief textual study from the edible history,involved category,name origin,edible method to nutritional and medical values of several main wild vegetables,for the purpose of enriching researches into Hexi＇s life history.
