摘要
针对石油井下压力测试,在射孔完井过程中会释放大量的热量,致使测压器的测试精度产生很大的不确定性。为了能够准确测出井下压力,根据井下高温环境的特点和传感器的特性,需要对测压器进行温度补偿;文章通过对测压器高低温测试特性的分析,实验得出测压器输出的温度漂移曲线和最大漂移量;进而通过软件补偿的方式,使得测压器的热零点漂移系数由补偿前的±1FS/(55°C)降到补偿后的±0.03FS/(55°C),提高了一个数量级。
As to downhole pressure testing for oil,in the course of perforated completion,a lot of heat is released,which causes the pressure tester accuracy to be uncertain greatly with the test.In order to accurately measure the pressure in the course of perforation,we must go on temperature compensation to the pressure signal from the tester according to the high temperature characteristics downhole and the sensor characteristics.This paper analyzed high-temperture properties of piezoresistive sensors and we derived the curve of the temperature drift of the sensor output and the maximum drift of the sensor.Then through the software compensation,we make the zero drift of the sensor's thermal coefficient increased by an order of magnitude from ±1FS/(55°C) before compensation to ±0.03FS/(55°C) after compensation.
