摘要
[目的]了解烟台市海产品中重金属铅(Pb)污染状况。[方法]在烟台市5个主要港口市场随机采集甲壳类、鱼类、贝类及头足类的部分市面上常见的海产品,按GB/T 5009.12-2003方法处理并检测。[结果]在采集的452份样品中,Pb超标率为7.96%。螃蟹Pb蓄积量的超标率最高,为42.42%。4类海产品重金属Pb含量分布比较结果显示Pb含量甲壳类>鱼类、头足类,鱼类>贝类。[结论]项目区群众长期处于这种暴露水平可能会对人体产生影响。亟需对人群血Pb水平进行监测,尤其是针对儿童。
[Objective]To understand the Pb pollution in marine products in Yantai city.[Methods]Some crustaceans,fishes,shellfishes and cephalopods were collected and then disposed and tested according to GB/T 5009.12-2003.[Results]The over-limit ratio was 7.96% in 542 samples.The highest one in the samples was crab;the over-limit ratio was 42.42%.The Pb pollution situation was different in four kind's sea foods.The Pb pollution in crustaceans was higher than fish and cephalopods';the fish' was higher than shellfishes'.[Conclusion]If people take too much marine products as food,it may damage people's health.The blood Pb level should be supervised,especially among children.
