Cronobacter新属(阪崎肠杆菌)检测分型方法的研究进展

摘要 本文对Cronobacter新属的以VRBG琼脂、NA+α-MUG、DFI、ESIA或ESPM等选择性分离培养基进行分离培养的传统培养方法和基于16SrRNA序列、基因组重复序列、16S-23SrDNA ITS、tRNA-glu和23SrDNA之间DNA序列、gluA、rpsU与dnaG及ompA等目标区域的分子生物学检测分型方法进行了综述。
