特发性脊柱侧弯围手术期护理

Perioperative Period Nursing in Cases of Idiopathic Scoliosis

目的:总结特发性脊柱侧弯围手术期的护理。方法:对实施后路脊柱侧弯矫形手术治疗围手术期的护理措施。结果:21例特发性脊柱侧弯患者经过系统的围手术期护理,无1例护理并发症发生。结论:对手术患者,积极完善术前检查、做好心理护理、床上大小便及呼吸功能的训练;术后生命体征的监测、观察双下肢活动及伤口引流情况、保持呼吸道通畅,预防并发症等,是手术成功的关键。

Objective：To summarize the experience of application ofperioperative period nursing in cases of idiopathic scoliosis. Methods： Perioperative period nursing were performed to 21 cases of idiopathic scoliosis who were underwent posterior approach orthopedic operation.Results： Twenty one patients went through systemic perioperative period nursing without any nursing complications.Conclusions： It is important to perform preoperative examination, psychological nursing, training of respiratory function andrelieve the bowels in bed, monitoring vital sign, observing movement of lower limbs and drainage, keeping respiratory tract unblock,preventing complications in order to secure the success of the operation.
