2008—2010年新疆巴州人民医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品应用分析

Use of Narcotics and the First Category Psychotropic Drugs in Xinjiang Bazhou People’s Hospital During 2008-2010

目的:了解我院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品应用现状和《医疗机构麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的管理规定》执行情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,将我院2008—2010年麻醉药品和第一类精神药品应用数据进行统计分析。结果:我院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品用量逐年增加,用药结构日趋合理。结论:要继续加强按阶梯给药、口服给药、按时给药、个体化给药,尽可能的减少药品不良反应,提高疼痛治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE： Probe into the status quo of the utilization of these drugs and the implementation of the Management Regulations on Narcotics and the First Category of Psychotropic Drugs in Medical Institutions, so as to provide reference for clinic rational drug use. METHODS： By a retrospective study, the utilization data of narcotics and the first category of psychotropie drugs during 2008-2010 period in our hospital was analyzed statistically. RESULTS ： The consumption amount of narcotics and the first category of psychotropic drugs increased year on year in this hospital and the drug utilization structure become increasingly reasonable. CONCLUSION： More efforts should be taken to strengthen the stepwise administration, oral administration, on time administration, individualized drugadministration so as to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and improve analgesic efficacy of narcotics and the first category of psychotropic drugs.
