摘要
目的:了解我院皮肤科外用药品的临床使用情况和发展趋势。方法:对我院皮肤科2009—2010年外用药品品种、用量、销售金额等进行回顾性分析。结果:临床使用的药品仍以国产化学药为主,并以含激素类药、抗真菌药的使用为主体;医院制剂复方炉甘石洗剂和硼酸溶液用量都居排序前10位。结论:我院皮肤科外用药品基本能满足临床用药需求。
OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the status quo and tendency of clinical application of drugs for external use in dermatological patients in our hospital. METHODS： The use of drugs for external use in dermatological patients during 2009-2010 in our hospital was analyzed in respect of drug categories, consumption quantity and consumption sum. RESULTS： The chemical medicines manufactured in China were still the main drugs used for dermatosis, with the hormone compounds and antifungal drugs occupying a dominant place. The hospital preparations compound calamine lotion and boric acid solution ranked among the top 10 in terms of consumption amount. CONCLUSION ： The use of drugs for external use in dermatological patients in our hospital is up to the standard of clinical medication.
