摘要
目的:了解我院门诊抗糖尿病药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院门诊2008—2010年抗糖尿病药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院门诊抗糖尿病药的销售金额及DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势,各年度销售金额排序前3位的均是α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、胰岛素和磺酰脲类,阿卡波糖的销售金额和DDDs排序均居第1位。结论:我院门诊抗糖尿病药的应用基本合理,阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、诺和灵30R笔芯是我院门诊最常用的品种,但应注意用药的经济性。
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the utilization of antidiabetic agents in the outpatients of our hospital, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS： By a retrospective study, the utilization of antidiabetic agents in the outpatients of our hospital during 2008-2010 was analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and defined daily cost （DDC）. RESULTS： The annual consumption sum and DDDs of antidiabetic agents for the outpatients of our hospital increased year on year during 2008-2010. Alpha glucosidase inhibitor, insulin and suffonylurea ranked among the top 3 in terms annual consumption sum, with acarbose taking the lead in both consumption sum and DDDs. CONCLUSION： The use of antidiabetic agents in the outpatients of our hospital was generally rational. Acarbose, mefformin and novolin 30R penfill were used most frequently, however, great attention should be paid to the economics in drug use.
