摘要
目的:了解我院门诊麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况,并评价其合理性。方法:对我院2007—2010年门诊麻醉性镇痛药用量、金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、排序和分析。结果:我院历年麻醉性镇痛药销售金额的年增长趋势与肿瘤患者收治人数变化趋势相一致,各品种金额排序保持相对稳定。结论:我院门诊麻醉性镇痛药使用合理,管理符合规定。
