益心舒胶囊治疗180例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of Yixinshu Capsule for Chronic Contractile Heart Failure: Analysis of 180 Cases

目的:回顾性分析益心舒胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:治疗组100例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者在应用常规药物治疗的基础上加用益心舒胶囊治疗(每次3粒,每日3次,口服),对照组80例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者应用常规药物抗心力衰竭药治疗。2组疗程均为1个月,观察治疗过程中的射血分数(EF)和脑尿钠肽(BNP)。结果:治疗组的EF值和BNP值改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规药物联合益心舒胶囊可以更好地提高慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的疗效。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze retrospectively the efficacy of Yixinshu capsule for chronic contractile heart failure. METHODS： The patients with contractile heart failure were assigned to receive either routine anti-heart failure therapy alone （ n = 80, control group） or routine therapy plus Yixinshu capsule （3 tablets/time, t. i. d orally） （ n = 100, experimental group） for l month. The ejection fraction（EF） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level were recorded during treatment. RESULTS： The improvement in EF and BNP for the experimental group was significantly better than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） , furthermore, the curative efficacy for the experimental group was also better than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Addition of Yixinshu capsule to routine therapy resulted in better efficacy for chronic contractile heart failure.
