急性再生障碍性贫血患者雄激素治疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子浓度的变化

Changes of vascular endothelial growth factor after the androgen treatment in patients with acute aplastic anemia

目的：研究急性再生障碍性贫血患者雄激素治疗前后血清中血管内皮生长因子浓度的变化。方法：分别观察120例成人（20～40岁）及48例儿童（1-14岁）急性再生障碍性贫血患者雄激素药物治疗后血象和骨髓象的变化，以及血清中血管内皮生长因子浓度的变化。结果：急性再生障碍性贫血患者经过雄激素治疗后，血象三系造血增加，淋巴系造血不增加。骨髓象粒系、红系增加；巨核细胞由于数量有限，无法列入统计范畴。血清血管内皮生长因子浓度逐渐上升。儿童的血管内皮生长因子浓度上升程度高于成人，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：急性再生障碍性贫血患者经雄激素治疗后血清中血管内皮生长因子的浓度逐渐增加，且其增加与血象以及骨髓象的好转是一致的。

Objective： To study the vascular endothelial growth factor changes before and after the androgen treatment to acute aplastic anemia patients. Methods： One hundred and twenty adults （ aged 20-40） and 48 （ aged 1-14） children with acute aplastic anemia were observed. The changes of blood, bone marrow and vascular endothelial growth factor in serum concentration after medical treatment by androgen were researched. Results： After the androgen treatment to acute aplastic anemia patients, three lines hematopoietic ceils increased while lymphatic cells without increasing. Bone marrow hematopoietic increased, excluded megakaryocytes. Because a limited number of megakaryocytes, it was not included in the statistics category. Blood and bone marrow got better and vascular endothelial growth factor increased gradually. The vascular endothelial growth factor in children was higher than that of adults （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： After androgen treatment vascular endothelial growth factor of the patients with acute aplastic anemia increases ~raduallv, the blood and bone marrow are imnrow, d at s^m~ tim,~
