应用健侧耳软骨及组织瓣修复Medpor耳支架外露 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨一种修复Medpor耳支架外露的方法。方法:对6例Medpor耳支架外露患者予以局部清创,去除支架外露部分,应用健侧耳软骨塑形替代去除的Medpor支架部分,同时采用组织瓣加植皮覆盖软骨。对去除支架后不影响再造耳形态者可直接采用组织瓣修复。结果:本组Medpor耳支架外露的平均发生时间在外耳再造术后15个月,外露的主要原因是外伤或感染,外露的部位发生于再造耳上极、耳垂与皮瓣交界部位。6例组织瓣全部成活,平均随访15个月,未发现外露好发部位的再次外露,耳廓外形良好。结论:应用健侧耳软骨修复Medpor耳支架外露不仅可获得满意的外形,而且可以防止支架再次外露。 Objective: To investigate a repaired technique of Medpore exposure second to external auricular reconstruction.Methods: Six patients with Medpor exposure second to ear reconstruction were treated by surgical debridement,removing the exposed part of Medpore,restoring the defects resulting from exposed Medpor remove with ear cartilage graft.Results: The average time of exposure Medpor was 15 months postoperatively.Trauma and infection were responsible for exposure of Medpor.The regions of exposure included upper helix,the junction of the ear vestige and expanded skin flap in the helix.The ear contours were sucefully restored in 6 cases and the average follow-up was 15 months.No re-exposures was found and reconstructed frameworks obtained esthetic results was good.Conclusion: It is effective method that applying ear cartilage to repair the frameworks exposure,which is not only obtain satisfactory shape bur also preventing Medpore re-exposure.
