摘要
目的:研究照山白醇提物对异丙肾上腺素(IS0)致大鼠心肌缺血模型的作用。方法:采用大鼠皮下注射IS0造成心肌缺血模型,抽取暴露腹腔大鼠的腹主动脉血,取得其血清进行检测。采用试剂盒方法,测定血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶MB同工酶(CK-MB)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性,及血清中钙、镁、钾、钠的浓度。结果:照山白醇提物可有效抑制心肌缺血大鼠模型血清CK(P<0.001)、CK-MB(P<0.001)和LDH(P<0.001)活性的升高,及血清中钙(P<0.001)、镁(P<0.05)、钾(P<0.05)、钠(P<0.001)等离子浓度的改变,均具有统计学意义。结论:照山白醇提物可以改变大鼠缺血心肌的理化参数,具有较明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of the ethanol extracts from Rhododendron micranthum on myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline (ISO) in rats. Method: The rat myocardial ischemia model was set up by ISO subcutaneous injec- tion. The serum samples were obtained through exposed abdominal aorta and detected by kit method. The activity of CK, CK-MB and LDH and the contents of Ca2 + , Mg2 + , Na + and K + in the serum samples were determined. Result: The ethanol extracts from Rhododen- dron micranthum could significantly restrain the activity increase of CK (P 〈 0. 001 ), CK-MB (P 〈 0. 001 ) and LDH (P 〈 0. 001 ) and the content changes of Ca2 + ( P 〈 0. 001 ) , Mg2 + ( P 〈 0.05 ) , K + ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and Na + ( P 〈 0. 001 ) in the serum of myocardial ische- mia rats caused by ISO. Conclusion: The ethanol extracts of Rhododendron micranthum can change the chemical and physical parame- ters of myocardial ischemia rats and show protective effects on myocardihl ischemia rats caused by ISO.
