益生汤对小鼠免疫功能调节作用

Effect of Yisheng Decoctions on the Regulation of Immune System in Mice

目的:研究益生汤对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:BALB/C小鼠随机分为正常对照组、益生汤低剂量组(1.04 g·kg^(-1))、中剂量组(2.08 g·kg^(-1))和高剂量组(4.16 g·kg^(-1)),连续灌胃给药30 d,采用刀豆蛋白A诱导的小鼠脾T淋巴细胞转化实验、巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、NK细胞活性测定以及测定血清中IL-2研究益生汤对小鼠免疫功能的作用。结果:益生汤高、中、低剂量组均能明显增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,增强小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞的增殖转化反应,升高血清IL-2水平(P<0.05),中、高剂量组可使小鼠NK细胞活性明显升高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:益生汤可明显增强小鼠的免疫功能。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Yisheng decoctions on the regulation of the immune system of mice. Method： BA.LB/C mice were randomly assigned to 4 groups, i. e. , the control group, the low dose of Yisheng decoctions group （1.04 g. kg- 1 ） ,the medium dose of Yisheng decoctions group （2. 08 g.kg -1 ） ,and the high dose of Yisheng decoctions group （4. 16 g.kg-l ） ： After 30 days, the ability of mice spleen T lymphocyte transformation induced by Con A, macrophage phagocytosis ability and the level of IL-2 were de- tected to investigate the improvement of Yishelag decoctions on the immune function in mice. Result： The phagocytosis ability of the mac- rophages and the transformation ability of the spleen T lymphocytes were up-regulated, and the level of IL-2 in the serum increased in the all Yisheng decoctions groups （P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ）. The kill ability of NK cells was improved obviously in the medium dose and high dose of Yisheng decoctions groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yisheng decoctions can improve the function of the immune system in mice.
