共聚焦激光显微内镜的临床应用及展望 被引量:6

摘要 共聚焦激光显微内镜(CLE)是一项新兴技术,可以对活体进行无创组织学检查,获得实时动态虚拟成像。不仅可对黏膜层进行观察,其在黏膜下血管成像方面尤其具有独特的优势。静脉应用造影剂通过对血管结构改变的早期识别,可对病灶进行早期诊断。CLE通过对可疑病变部位的大面积观察,缩小活检范围,实现更高的活检阳性率,避免了重复内镜检查和活检,是内镜检查史上一次里程碑式的突破。
