索拉非尼（多吉美）致急性药物性肝炎一例 被引量：5

摘要 索拉非尼是一种多靶点生物靶向治疗抗癌新药，目前主要用于治疗晚期肾细胞癌和肝细胞癌。广东省东莞市人民医院肿瘤防治中心肿瘤外科近日收治1例因服用靶向治疗抗癌新药甲苯磺酸索拉非尼（商品名：多吉美）后出现急性药物性肝损害患者，现报道如下。
