半乳糖凝集素-3在急性冠状动脉综合征和稳定性冠心病诊断中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 全球每年约有1900万人死于心脏疾病，其中急性冠脉综合征（acutecoronarysyndrome，ACS）为最主要的临床类型。冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定性是临床发生ACS的主要病理基础，而炎症在动脉粥样硬化斑块从稳定向不稳定状态转化的过程中起着至关重要的作用。目前，应用最广范、最成熟的心脏标志物包括肌红蛋白、心脏肌钙蛋白、CK—MB、CRP以及BNP、Pro．BNP等。
