摘要
研究了热处理对改良铸造铝硅合金高温力学性能的影响,热处理制度为(495±3)℃×5 h固溶+(165±3)℃×6 h时效。结果表明,经热处理后,改良材料的组织变细,基体组织高度球化,Al2Cu、Al6Cu3N、AlxCuCe等析出物细小而弥散分布,提高了合金的高温性能。
Effects of heat treatment on high-temperature mechanical properties of modified cast Al-Si alloy were investigated.Heat treatment process for modified cast Al-Si alloy is(495±3) ℃× 5 h solution treatment,(165±3) ℃× 6 h aging treatment.The results of the study show that,after heat treatment,improved material organization becomes fine,and the matrix structures are spheroidize.Precipitation phase Al2Cu,Al6Cu3N,AlxCuCe which improve the alloy high-temperature properties are small and disperse.
