不锈钢铸坯在感应加热中的温度分布及演化规律 被引量:7

摘要 以304不锈钢为实验介质,采用离线热模拟实验研究了柱状坯料在感应线圈加热过程中的温度分布和变化规律。实验结果显示,在坯料径向、次表面和中心的温度在加热过程中先后超过表面;坯料纵向、两端温度高于中间段。分析表明随着坯料温度的升高,径向涡流梯度变小,导致在加热后期,温度最高区域从表面向内部移动,出现心部温度超过表面温度的现象;坯料两端因端部效应发生过热现象。 Thermal simulation experiment of 304 stainless steel work piece was taken to study its temperature distribution and variation during induction heating process.The results show that in width of the work piece,sub-surface and center,temperature surpasses that of surface in the heating process;in its length,the ends' temperature is higher than the middle section.Analysis indicates that eddy current gradient grows down as temperature rises,resulting in the latter part of the heating,the highest temperature area moves toward inside,leading to a higher temperature in core than surface;in length,both ends may be overheated from end effect.
