基于PAM-STAMP三通半管拉深成形工艺的模拟 被引量:4

摘要 针对一些航空航天三通管件毛坯料厚度薄,成形后厚度要求严格,结构复杂等难于成形特点,对三通半管拉深成形过程的进行了研究。运用PAMSTAMP模拟软件研究不同参数下半管成形后的厚度和质量,分析了凹模圆角半径、凸凹模间隙、压边力对零件成形质量的影响,并获得了最优的工艺参数。用于指导生产,降低了生产周期和成本。 The drawing process for half-three-way tube was investigated aiming at the difficult forming characteristics of some three-way tubes in aerospace,for example,the thin thickness of material thickness,the strict request on thickness of product after forming,and the complex product structure.The thickness and quantity of half-three-way tube under different drawing parameters was studied by PAMSTAMP software.The influences of round corner radius of the cavity die,the clearance between punch and die and blank holder force on product forming quantity were analyzed,the drawing parameters were acquired.The produce period and costs can reduc by using the optimum drawing parameters.
