摘要
通过正交试验得出:在活塞杆连续驱动摩擦焊接工艺参数中,影响接头抗拉强度的主次顺序是:顶锻保压时间、顶锻压力、主摩擦压力、主摩擦时间;其优化组合为:主摩擦压力7.6MPa、主摩擦时间19s、顶锻压力14.3MPa、顶锻保压时间16s,并通过实验进行了验证,实验结果与正交试验计算结果基本一致。
By orthogonal experiment,the sequence of technological parameters of continuous driven friction welding effecting the strength of the welded joint of piston rod were: upset pressure time,upset pressure,main friction pressure and main friction time.The optimization combination is: main friction pressure 7.6MPa,main friction time19s,upset pressure 14.3MPa,upset pressure time16s,which are validate by experiments.The field obtained from experiments is consistent with that of the calculated results.
