摘要
对经醋酸浸泡试验有害元素迁移量超标的304不锈钢壶进行金相及化学成分分析。结果表明,壶嘴与壶体间的焊缝耐腐蚀性差导致醋酸浸泡过程中焊缝表面发生腐蚀,焊缝合金元素溶入浸泡液中造成元素迁移超标。
Analysis on metallography,chemistry were carried out on 304 stainless steel bottle,in which transferred element was exceeded after acetic acid test.The result shows that lower corrosion resistance of welding line between spout and body leeds to the exceeding elements melting from welding line.
