Beckwith-Wiedemann综合征一例

摘要
1一般资料患儿男，出生后1d。出生后即发现脐部有肠管突出，外有羊膜包裹（图1）。舌巨大突出于口外，娩出时即发现呼吸困难，在当地医院给氧无改善，于2010年12月24日急转入南京儿童医院新生儿外科，行CPAP吸氧，头部侧卧。
