手用镍钛锉在乳磨牙根管治疗中的临床应用 被引量:2

Clinical application of ProTaper NiTi manual file in root canal therapy for primary molars

摘要 目的比较ProTaper手用镍钛锉与手用不锈钢锉在乳磨牙根管治疗中的应用效果。方法 47例4-8岁患慢性根尖周炎儿童上颌乳磨牙50颗随机分成两组:A组采用ProTaper手用镍钛锉冠下法根管预备;B组采用手用不锈钢K锉和H锉逐步后退法进行根管预备。均使用Vitapex进行根管充填。比较两组根管预备所用的时间、一周以内的术后反应,并行X片评价根管预备及充填效果。结果 A组根管预备所需时间明显少于B组,根管充填效果好,恰填率高,术后急性反应较少(P<0.05)。结论与手用不锈钢锉比较,用ProTaper手用镍钛锉进行乳磨牙根管预备,充填效果好,费时短,术后反应轻。 Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of using ProTaper manual file and stainless steel hand file in root canal therapy for primary teeth. Methods Fifty primary molars requiring root canal therapy in 47 children of 4-8 years old were equally randomized into two groups of A(using ProTaper NiTi flies with crown down technique) and B( stainless steel file with step back technique). The preparation time, postoperative reactions and the quality of root canal filling radiographically with vitapex were compared between two groups. Results Compared to group B, the preparation time of group A was shorter with better filling efficiency and less postoperative reactions (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared to stainless steel file with step back technique, ProTape manual file has the advantages of shorter time spent on preparation, better filling efficiency and less postoperative reactions in root canal therapy for primary molars.
