冷疗在胫骨Pilon骨折术后早期康复中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 胫骨Pilon骨折一般是指胫骨远端1/3波及胫距关节面的骨折,常合并严重软组织损伤,临床并发症多,治疗比较棘手[1]。随着外科技术和器具的不断发展,目前手术治疗Pilon骨折已经逐步取代了保守治疗,成为首选的治疗方法。胫骨Pilon骨折术后患部疼痛、肿胀是影响手术疗效的重要因素。为进一步提高手术疗效,本研究在常规术后康复治疗基础上联合应用冷疗,发现临床疗效满意。现报道如下。
