细胞间黏附分子-1异常表达与肝癌的侵袭生长和转移 被引量:10

Abnormal expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and characteristics of invasive growth and metastasis in hepatocelinlar carcinoma

摘要 肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)的侵袭生长和转移是治疗失败和死亡的主要原因。HCC转移的发生是多步骤、复杂的生物学过程,在体内受到多种因素调节。通常认为HCC转移的过程是原发部位的癌细胞脱离原发病灶进入血流,在远端的转移部位附着于内皮细胞后开始生长,破坏基底膜完整性,形成浸润性生长。
