独活寄生合剂治疗寒湿阻络型膝关节炎的临床疗效及生存质量观察

Observation to the Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life of the Knee Osteoarthritis Typed with Cold-dampness Stasis Treated with DUHUOJISHENG Mixture

目的:观察独活寄生合剂治疗寒湿阻络型膝关节炎患者的临床疗效和生存质量。方法:60例符合诊标准的膝关节炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组采用独活寄生合剂治疗3月,对照组服用双醋瑞因胶囊3月。在治疗结束时观察患者的疗效,采用生存质量SF-36问卷,分别在治疗前、治疗1月、治疗2月、治疗结束时对患者生存质量的影响进行评估。结果:2组患者经治疗后,膝关节疼痛、伴随症状有所改善;治疗组有效率96.6%,对照组有效率93.3%,治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。生存质量方面:治疗1月时,2组患者生理功能(PF)、生理角色限制(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感角色限制(RE)、心理健康(MH)均有改善,但差异无统计学意义;治疗3月后,2组患者的PF、BP、GH、SF明显改善,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义;2组患者组间比较差异无统计学意义。但患者的RP、VT、RE、MH虽也有一定改善,但差异仍无统计学意义。结论:独活寄生合剂和双醋瑞因胶囊均可缓解膝关节炎患者的疼痛,但在患者生存质量改善上治疗组优于对照组。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the knee osteoarthritis typed as cold-dampness stasis treated with duhuojisheng mixture.Methods：60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated with DUHUOJISHENG mixture for 3 months;patients in the control group were treated with Diacerein capsules for three months.The questionnaire SF-36 were scored before treatment,one month,two months of treatment,at the end of treatment for all the patients,respectively.Results： Pain in knees and associated symptoms were improved for all the patients in the two groups,after treatment.The improvement rate was 96.6%,93.3% in the treatment group and the control group separately.There was no significant difference in the SF-36 score between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the physical function（PF）,physical role limitation（RP）,bodily pain（BP）,general health（GH）,vitality（VT）,social function（SF）,emotional role limitations（RE） and mental health（MH） in the two groups in the first month after treatment.3 months after treatment,there was significant difference in the PF,BP,Gh and SF for patients in both groups,compared with before treatment（P0.05）.There is a certain improvement in the RP,VT,RE and MH,but there was still no statistical difference.Conclusions：DUHUOJISHENG mixture and Diacerein capsules can relieve pain in patients with the knee osteoarthritis;Improvement of quality of life for patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.
