摘要 1临床资料患者,男性,53岁。3d前在3m高车顶部装货时不慎坠下,头顶和前胸着地,前胸后背疼痛,呼吸困难,不能直立。查体：前胸正中胸骨部压痛明显,局部青紫肿胀,胸骨柄凹陷、柄体台级样畸形,T3、4、5椎体棘突压痛,叩击痛,后突畸形,
