产科中晚孕急诊床旁彩超检查应用价值

The value of emergency application of portable color doppler ultrasonography at late pregnancy in obstetrics:a clinical analysis of 155 cases

目的探讨产科中晚孕急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声检查的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2007年1月～2011年5月采用便携式彩色多普勒超声仪进行产科急诊中晚孕床旁超声检查155例患者的资料。结果 155例患者中期妊娠28例,其中胎盘异常18例,胎儿发育异常引产后出血7例,胎死宫内3例;晚期妊娠127例,其中产前胎位、脐带绕颈改变13例;胎盘异常30例;羊水过少13例,脐带脱垂4例;合并急性阑尾炎、输尿管结石9例;产前子宫破裂3例,胎心律失常25例;胎死宫内2例,足月顺产后合并症28例。结论床旁彩色多普勒超声检查可快捷地为产科医师提供较准确可靠的诊治依据,减少母婴生命危险,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of the bedside color Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy of obstetrics. Med pregnancy, 28 eases; of which 18 eases of placental abnormalities, 7 eases of fetal abnormalities after abortion bleeding, 3 eases of fetal death;In late pregnancy, 127 eases, In which： prenatal fetal position and the cord around the neck changed, 13 eases. P13 eases of Rupture of the amniotie fluid is too small, 4 eases of umbilical cord prolapse; lacenta abnormalities 30 cases; 9 cases With acute appendicitis and ureteral stones; 3 cases of Antenatal uterine rupture, 25 cases of fetal arrhythmia; Fetal death in 2 cases, 28 cases of full-term post-natal complications. Conclusion Bedside color Doppler ultrasound has an important application value.h can quickly and easily for the obstetrician to provide more accurate and reliable basis for diagnosis and treatment to reduce mother and child life-threatening.
