摘要
目的评价超声诊断在急诊医学中的应用价值。方法急诊超声检查胸部和腹部闭合性损伤患者的伤病情,作诊断性回顾分析。结果由于采取准确性高的超声诊断和临床诊断,在本组中避免了误诊和漏诊现象的出现。胸部闭合性损伤128例,诊断符合率100%;腹部闭合性损伤55例,诊断符合率88%。结论超声诊断在急诊医学中是快速、安全、有效的检查方法,有独特的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the application value about ultrasound in the emergency medicine. Methods Chest and abdominal injuries examined by ultrasound in emergency were analyzed retrospectively. Results As a result of the high accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis and clinical diagnosis, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis phenomena were avoided in the study group. There were 128 cases of blunt chest injury, and diagnostic accuracy was 100%. There were 55 cases of blunt abdominal injury, and diagnostic accuracy was 88%. Conclusion Ultrasound in emergency medicine is a fast, safe and ef- fective screening method with a unique diagnostic value.
