健康教育对消化性溃疡复发的影响

The effect of health education on peptic ulceration relapses

目的观察健康教育指导对消化性溃疡病人复发的影响。方法选择在我科经胃镜检查确诊的消化性溃疡病人80例,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组遵医嘱常规应用药物治疗,观察组除进行上述治疗外,护士对其进行健康教育指导,并随访6个月。结果对照组6个月内复发26例,观察组6个月内复发12例。观察组6个月内复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对消化性溃疡病人进行健康教育指导可以降低该病的复发率。

Objective To observe the effects of health education on recurrence of peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patients by endoscopy in diagnosis of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 40 patients. Control group： routinely drug therapy obeyed doctor＇s advice, observation group： the nurse carries on the health education guidance in addition to the treatment. With a following up of 6 months. Results The control group relapsed 26 cases within 6 months, the observation group relapsed 12 cases within 6 months. The recurrence rate of the observation group within 6 months was significantly lower than the control group. Comparison of the two groups was statistically significant. （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Heahh education guidance to peptic ulcer patients can reduces the relapse rate of the disease.
