摘要
提出了进一步发展中国证券市场的有效途径———国有银行股份化。
A new idea is put foward on how to further develop Chinese securities markets by having government owned banks replaced by private stock owned banks. In addition the role of private stock owned banks in the development of these makets is analyzed.
