松弛素对心脏的保护作用 被引量：2

摘要 松弛素（relaxin，RLX）最初被认为是一种妊娠相关激素。近年来发现，RLX在非生殖系统（心脏、肾脏、神经系统等）发挥作用。RLX的表达在一些心脏病理状态下发生变化：心力衰竭患者血浆和心脏局部松弛素表达增加，并且和心力衰竭的程度呈正相关。
