酪氨酸激酶受体B在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptor B,TrkB )是原癌基因Trk编码的神经营养酪氨酸激酶受体家族成员,主要与其配体脑源性神经营养因子( brain - derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)结合。BD-NF/TrkB信号通路在调节神经元细胞的存活、生长及分化等方面起着重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,TrkB在许多人类肿瘤中过度表达,突变的信号转导通过TrkB促进肿瘤的形成、扩散和转移,并导致抗肿瘤抵抗事件发生。由于其在人体内具有导致肿瘤发生以及扩散和转移的重要作用,TrkB已经成为潜在的抗肿瘤新靶点。
