钒钼酸铵显色定磷法检测核酸含量

摘要 样品经过消化,磷元素游离出来,在酸性溶液中,钒钼酸铵与磷生成黄色的络合物,在400nm波长处有最大吸收值,采用钒钼酸铵显色定磷法检测了市售的三种核酸产品中有机磷含量。结果显示,该方法准确,简单、易操作,为核酸的测定提供了一种新思路。 Phosphorus was dissociated with the digestion treatment of the sample. In acid so- lution,phosphorus reacted with vanadium ammonium molybdate and formed stable yellow comple- xes. This complexes has max absorption value at 400nm. We determined phosphorus content in three nucleic acid products by this method of phosphate determination using vanadium ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry. The results showed that an accurate and simple new method had been established as an alternative of the test of nucleic acid.
